Our Parish offers many different opportunities for returning our gifts of time and talent to God. As stewards of God-given skills and abilities, volunteering in a ministry or organization provides a way to thank God, share our faith with others, and enhance our community.
Mass Servers
This ministry provides children of the parish with a true opportunity to function as lay ministers by reverently assisting the celebrant during weekend Mass, and at special liturgies throughout the year. Training is provided, please contact Bette Wolf in the Volunteer Office for more information and to schedule a training!
Lectors
Lectors are the readers of the Sacred Scripture (first and second readings). Lectors serve on a rotating basis every five to eight weeks
If you wish to consider this ministry, please contact Bette Wolf
Eucharistic Ministers
Eucharistic ministers assist in distributing Holy Eucharist during the weekend and Holy Days' liturgies. Eucharistic ministers also take Holy Eucharist to the homebound in the parish.
If you wish to consider this ministry, please contact: Bette Wolf.
Ushers and Greeters
Being a welcoming community is very important to us. Ushers and greeters are the first face of the parish. They greet those coming into our church, offer assistance to those in need, distribute parish bulletins, take up the collection, and distribute other materials as needed.
If you wish to become an usher or a greeter, please contact: Bette Wolf.
Offertory Gift Bearers
Representatives of our church family are welcome to carry the wine and hosts to the priest for consecration. Just say yes to the usher when they ask!
See our Ministries and Volunteering page for additional volunteer opportunities.
